jiliz Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to jiliz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jiliz website and mobile application, including anyone who browses the platform, registers an account, makes a deposit, places a bet, or participates in any game or promotional activity offered by jiliz.

By accessing jiliz, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are unsure about any provision, please contact support before proceeding.

2 Eligibility

jiliz reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active jiliz account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using a different email address, phone number, or identity — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, jiliz may close the additional accounts and review any associated transactions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any pending balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change — such as your phone number or email address — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jiliz are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Accepted deposit methods include local online banking, bank transfers, and Philippine e-wallets. Specific payment options are shown during the deposit process.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as funding methods for your jiliz account.
• Withdrawals require a verified jiliz account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawal requests are approved.

• jiliz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction it deems unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.

Funds deposited into your jiliz account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. jiliz does not pay interest on account balances.

5 Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on jiliz — including slots, fish games, eBingo, sports betting, and live casino — are subject to individual game rules in addition to these Terms. The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface or the game's information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all jiliz games and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jiliz support immediately. jiliz will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. However, jiliz is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

jiliz uses SSL encryption across all account sessions and requires OTP verification for sensitive account actions, including withdrawals and password changes. The mobile app also supports biometric login for additional convenience without compromising security.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Suspension and Termination

jiliz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or prohibited software.

Upon account termination for cause, jiliz reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is for reasons outside of your control, any verified remaining balance in PHP will be returned to your registered payment method following standard processing timelines.

10 Limitation of Liability

jiliz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure uptime and service continuity, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability. jiliz shall not be held liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, game disconnections, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The aggregate liability of jiliz for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy

jiliz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms
